How to take care of your teeth
   
   
          - Brush your teeth 2 times / a day in the morning and before bedtime with Fluoride 
toothpaste.

- Use dental floss to clean between the gap of the teeth.

- Eat healthy food such as fruits, vegetables and reduce confectioneries that are the
important cause of dental caries.

- Avoid smoking. Tobaccos are the important cause of Gingivitis and Oral cancer.

- Routinely check your teeth and gum by yourself.

- Check up and Teeth cleaning by the dentist every 6 months.
